KS3-Key Assessments Notice
Dear Key Stage 3 Parents and Students,
Next week we will start our first round of key assessments for our Key Stage 3 students this academic year. Students will have been building up to these in their lessons and will be guided on how to prepare for these in lessons and via homework. This is an opportunity, especially after such disruption over the last 2 years, for teachers and students to find out what they know and can do. This will then help teachers and students to identify where additional support is needed as well as where we can stretch and challenge further in their learning. We will be reporting back to parents in the new year as to how each student is progressing in each of their subject areas.
We wish all students the very best in their first assessments, and we have no doubt that students will approach these with responsible behaviour and a positive attitude.
